We read your market
Your competitors, the ads they are running now, what your customers write in their reviews, and where your price sits.
Days 1 to 3ENQUIRIES THAT BELONG TO YOU
Enquiries that arrive with the budget and the timing already settled.
For established service businesses with available capacity
IN PLAIN TERMS
Four things. Nothing more, nothing hidden.
Visuals and copy written for your offer, which you approve before anything runs.
On Facebook and Instagram, in front of people near you with a live project.
A form asks your questions: which service, which town, what budget, what timing.
The enquiry lands by email or WhatsApp with the answers attached. You call back, that is all.
You never touch Facebook. The account is yours, we are the ones using it.
WHAT CHANGES FOR YOU
The real gain is not in a dashboard. It is in the five things that disappear from your weeks.
Evenings spent chasing people who never answer
Enquiries arrive with enough context to know who to call first
The quiet season you can see coming and cannot avoid
A channel you open and close as your schedule demands
Half a day lost quoting for someone comparing five prices
Budget and timing are on the table before you pick up the phone
Not knowing what your provider actually does all month
You see the campaign in your own account, what was cut and why
Depending on word of mouth and the luck of the season
A source of enquiries you own, that stays if we stop working together
THE FIRST SEVEN DAYS
No discovery phase dragging on for a month. Here is the real calendar.
Your competitors, the ads they are running now, what your customers write in their reviews, and where your price sits.
Days 1 to 3Three to five ads, each on a different angle. You approve them before a single euro is spent.
Days 4 to 7Campaign built in your own account, form written with your questions, enquiries routed where your team already works.
Day 7Every week we stop what produces nothing and move budget onto what works. You know what was cut and why.
Then, every weekThe path, end to end
The calendar, the filtering and the measurement do not change from one client to the next. The offer we push, the ads, the targeting and the qualification criteria are built for your business, and for yours alone.
Qualified enquiry
Criteria are agreed with you before launch. An enquiry that fails them is not counted as a lead.
BY TRADE
A roofer and a photographer do not have the same problem. The campaign is not the same either.
Everything depends on Instagram, referrals and word of mouth. Full months alternate with empty ones.
Enquiries from couples with a date and a budget, without posting every single day.
Lead platforms resell the same project to three companies, and the customer picks the cheapest.
Your own source of quote requests, inside your service area, with no middleman.
Walk-in enquiries are mostly low-margin leak jobs, and the trade carries the reputation of doorstep sellers.
Homeowners with a real renovation need, called back while the enquiry is still warm.
Plenty of footfall, few real projects. The sales team spends its days with browsers.
The first details are collected before the appointment, so only serious projects come through.
Hard to predict when projects arrive, and hard to reach clients genuinely looking for bespoke work.
Campaigns built around your own past work, attracting the kind of job you want more of.
Real craft and a strong portfolio, but no reliable system to win new jobs regularly.
Attract the right people, collect their enquiry, pass you the relevant projects quickly.
THREE COMMITMENTS
Three verifiable things you can call me out on if I drift.
Your enquiries never go to a competitor.
What your campaigns generate comes back to you alone. No enquiry is resold, shared or recycled elsewhere.
You see every ad before it runs.
Nothing goes out without your approval. You can turn all of it down, no argument and no charge.
You keep the system if we stop.
The account, the campaigns, the audiences, the ads and every contact received. It is all built in your name and it all stays there.
SELECTIVE BY DESIGN
The strongest collaborations start with a valuable service, real delivery capacity and a team ready to follow up quickly when a qualified opportunity arrives.
WHY SOLVYA EXISTS
Lead platforms bill the same project to three companies, then call it a lead. The customer gets three quotes in two days and takes the cheapest. You drove out for nothing, and the platform got paid three times. Solvya works the other way round: the campaign runs in your account, the enquiries come back to you, and the criteria for what deserves a call are agreed with you before the first ad goes out.
WHAT THEY SAY
I shot all summer and waited all winter. Now enquiries come in year round, with the wedding date and the budget already in them.
We were paying for leads two other firms already had. We quoted for nothing. Now the project is ours alone.
What came in on its own was mostly small leaks. Now we get real roof renovation enquiries.
People used to come in and dream with no budget. Now I know what they can spend before I even meet them.
We lost hours on clients who wanted bespoke at flat-pack prices. The ones coming in now know what it costs.
Our order book depended on the network, and in January it was empty. Today I roughly know what next month holds.
FAQ
It is the sentence I hear most often, and it is almost always true. In nearly every case the account ran on a single ad, with no filter at the door and nobody calling back quickly. Three things change here: several angles tested in parallel instead of one ad, a form that puts off the merely curious before the end, and a weekly readout of what was cut. If you still have access to the old account, I will look at it before the call and tell you what actually went wrong.
Two separate lines. The ad budget goes straight from your card to Meta, I never touch it and I take no commission on it. My work is invoiced separately. The amounts depend on your market and your capacity, and we set them together during the call, before any commitment. I do not publish a price on this page because a number out of context means nothing.
We define what a good enquiry is before launch: the service, the area, the project budget and the timing. Those criteria go into the form, so someone outside the target stops before the end. And if one slips through anyway, it feeds into the following week's decisions. That is how the filter tightens.
The campaign, the ads and the form are my job. What stays with you comes down to one thing: calling back. An enquiry contacted within the hour and the same one contacted two days later do not produce the same result, and no campaign compensates for that. If nobody on your side can pick up quickly, I would rather say so before we start than at the review.
You keep everything. Campaigns run in your ad account, not mine: the history, the audiences, the ads and the enquiry details stay with you the day we stop. That is the difference between building an asset and renting a tap that gets turned off.
I tell you straight at the start of the call. What is guaranteed either way is that an enquiry generated by your campaigns never goes anywhere else: no reselling, no sharing, no recycling. That is the fundamental difference with a lead platform, which bills the same project to three companies on the same day. If I already work in your trade and I see a risk of putting you in direct competition on the same audiences, I say so before we start.
THIRTY MINUTES, NO MORE
We look at your offer, what your competitors are running right now in your trade, and what a campaign would look like for you. If the case does not hold, I tell you during the call rather than selling you a test.
